I’ve been having fun with these mother and child sessions lately. I think most Mom’s find that they are the primary photographers in the family, so they are rarely in the photos with their children. I know that is definitely the case with my own family. I think it’s important for Mom’s to be in photos with their children. After all, someday your children will want those photos for themselves. So whether you hire a photographer to take the photos, make your husband take photos more often, or do a self-portrait, try to get in those photos for you and your kiddos.
This is one of my best friends and her adorable daughter. As I mentioned in her maternity session post, I knew this kiddo was going to be cute. She has the most beautiful almond-shaped blue green eyes and she just may turn out to be a strawberry blonde/redhead! Love.her.to.pieces.
